Symptoms
Batch student advisor assignment: the un-assign mode works insofar as it clears out the data from the PS_STDNT_ADVR_HIST record. But there remains an effective-dated row in PS_STDNT_ADVISOR from the prior assignment run. This seems to prevent using the assign mode that we would run for an initial assignment (also the re-assign mode no longer works once un-assign is used).
-
Home > Records and Enrollment > Student Background Information> Student Advisor Assignment
- Reassign advisor from AA0002 to AA0012
- Run SQL: SELECT * FROM PS_STDNT_ADVR_HIST WHERE EMPLID IN ('AA0005', 'AA0007', 'AA0026', 'AA0031', 'AA0043')
- Run process. No change.
