Symptoms

When trying to run a compare report to database where both the Source and Target databases are Oracle Autonomous Databases (ADB), the following error occurs on the Application Designer window:

The issue can be reproduced with the below steps:
1. Log into the Source database via Application Designer.
2. Open any project.
3. Go to Tools, Compare And Report, To Database.
4. Provide the details of Target Database (DB name, User ID and Password)
