Symptoms
Fluid Billing WorkCenter - View Recent Activity Pivot Grid is not opening.
Replication Steps:

1. Enable Invoice approval from setup financials - business unit related - Billing definition.
2. Enter the credit bill and Submit it for approval. ( Billing - Maintain Bills - Standard Bills)
3. Goto Billing work center fluid tile - Click on Invoice Pending Approval and click on the More button.
4. Click on View Customer Activity and then Recent Activity.
5. Requested Information does not open.
