Symptoms
The contribution base for an AT/EP absence is incorrect when the accident occurs in the hiring/rehiring month.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Terminate employee in 2021
Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
2. Rehire as of January 2022
Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
3. Enter AT/EP Absence from Jan 25th till Jan 31st, 2022
Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Maintain Absences ESP
4. Run January 2022
Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll > Calculate Absence and Payroll

Error: The issue is that the Social Security base calculated in the sick slice (26 Jan-31 Jan) is wrong.
Expected value is 679,1 = 4074,67/30*5
4074,67 is the theoretical Base for the month.
