ETL9.2: 'You have unsaved data' Message Appeared Even After Submitting Time

Symptoms
Even after submiting the timesheet multiple times before approving, the message ‘You have unsaved data on this page’ is still appearing.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. As employee, add two rows with different TRCs.
2. As manager, delete the 1st row DO NOT SUBMIT YET.
3. On the approval section click all the checkboxes and click approve.
Note: Page is forcing the user to submit timesheet first Try approving the rows Cannot proceed since ‘You have unsaved data on this page’ message keeps appearing.
