HRESP: Part Time Percent In Update Contracts ESP (Doc ID 2904687.1)

Part-Time Percent in the Update Contracts ESP page is not updating correctly the FTE to correspond to the part-time hours.
This issue occurs when for the same day that the employee starts the contract, a change of contract is inserted in Job Data.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Register a full-time rehire with 40 hours per week.
   Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
2. Assign the contract type 100 to the new contract automatically registered in the Update Contracts (ESP) page.
   Workforce Administration > Job Information > Update Contract Data >Update Contracts (ESP)
3. For the same day that the employee starts the contract, a change of contract is inserted in Job Data, going from full time to part-time with 35 hours per week.
4. And the row corresponding to said contract type change is included in the contract.
5. However, the information of the part-time coefficient that is filled in automatically and the ETC that is shown in the tab Contract clauses isn’t correct, since the employee has assigned 0.88 in Job Data (and not 1).
6. If instead of making the change of contract type on the same day that the contract begins, it is done the next day, the information of the part-time coefficient that is filled in automatically and the ETC that is shown in the tab Contract clauses with the data that the employee has in Job Data page.
