HRESP & GPESP:Errors with Contrata and Company Certificate- Special Characters are Wrongly Printed (Doc ID 2904811.1)

Symptoms

When generating the XMLs for Contracts, the first names and last names containing a special characters such as: ª, º, -, /, ., ñ, ç, á, à, é, è, í, ó, ò, ú, ù, ü, ï, ö… are not printed correctly.
The same happens for the XMLs for Company Certificate.

Steps to replicate the issue:
Testing requirements: The employee for whom the reports are run should have a special character in its name.

1. Print Contrata XML File ESP and run the process XML_LOADPRNT with the employee selected.
    Workforce Administration > Workforce Reports > Print Contrata XML File ESP > Print Contrata XML File ESP
2. Then we check the XML generated.

And
3. Run Company Certificate Report with the employee selected.
   Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Termination Processing > Company Certificate Report ESP > Company Certificate Report
4. Then we check the XML generated.
