Symptoms
Users are experiencing severe performance degradation, when running the Global Payroll Mexico banking preparatory process.
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Payment Processing>Run Payment Prep Process MEX.
- Enter run control information and start process.
- Process which would normally take less than 20 minutes to complete, now runs for hours.
