Symptoms

When clicking the 'Calc EFC' button on the Correct 2023-2024 ISIR Records component, for any student, an error message displays on the page. Likewise, after attempting to run the Mass EFC Calculation Process, it will end in error status with the error message displaying in the AE_SFA_NAC_PDRM .stdout file. The error message, in both cases, begins with the following:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Federal Application Data > Correct 2023-2024 ISIR Records, for any student.
  2. Click 'Calc EFC' button.
  3. Observe error displayed on the page.

Changes

The issue is seen after applying the fixes associated with the 2023-2024 AID YEAR UPDATES FOR ISIR. These were originally delivered in PRP Patch 33234548, and are now in the latest PUM Image starting with Image 27.
