Symptoms
When summer term ends and grades are posted a SAFI is sent to Student Financials Planning containing the completion information.
In addition to the information that the student completed the class and the GPA information, an academic year for the student is included that is prior to when the student was admitted, and the 1st academic year the student was actually enrolled is reclassified by the SAFI message as academic year 2.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post a grade for a student that completes a course or class and send the SAFI over to Student financials Planning (SFP)
