When attempting to create an ePro requisition in Fluid mode, and then go to distribution line, when user tries to navigate between the tabs, they remain highlighted and cannot be accessed.

The issue is specific to Chrome and MS Edge browsers.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an ePro requisition in Fluid mode by navigating to Home > Employee Self Service > eProcurement.

1.1. Ensure internal item catalogue is indexed.

1.2. Ensure fluid requisition cart is empty.

2. Add an item to cart and navigate to requisition distribution page.

3. Press <Checkout>.

4. Press < View Schedule>.

5. Press <Distribution> icon.

5.1. Notice the 1st <Chartfields1> is correctly highlighted.

5.2. Click on 2nd <Chartfields2> tab and notice the first 2 tabs remain highlighted.

5.3. If try to return to 1st tab, it is not possible.

5.4. If continue to select the 3rd or any other tab, they remain highlighted, and it is not possible to return to the tab that were already selected.

6. Try to press <Cancel> or <Done>, twice, until Checkout page.

7. Return to home.

8. This time the cart is not empty.

9. Go to Distribution.

10. Notice the 1st <Chartfields1> is correctly highlighted.

11. Click on 2nd <Chartfields2> tab and notice the 1st tab is not highlighted.

11.1. If try to return to 1st tab, it is working.

11.2. If select any other tab, this time is working as expected.

12. Try to add a new line, the same issue is happening.
