Symptoms
Financial Sanctions Validation (AP_SDN_VAL) process goes to No Success on a Unix server with an error.
Steps to replicate:
1. Download the sdn.xml file from the treasury Ofac website on to the Unix Server.
2. Navigate to Banking > Financial Sanctions > Import Financial Sanction List
3. Import this file
4. Navigate to Vendors > Vendors Information > Maintain >Financial Sanctions Validation
5. Run the Financial Sanctions Validation process
6. Above error will occur
