E-AS: Appserver Domain Boot Hung Up And Failed With “Tmboot: CMDTUX_CAT:827: ERROR: Fatal Error Encountered; Initiating User Error Handler” (Doc ID 2905872.1)

Symptoms

Appserver domain boot procedure initiated and hung up for more than 10 mins, finally it fails with below error message. 

exec PSWATCHSRV -o ./LOGS/stdout -e ./LOGS/stderr -A -- -ID 221302 -D TESTSERV -S PSWATCHSRV :

process id=13894 ... Started.

exec PSAPPSRV -o ./LOGS/stdout -e ./LOGS/stderr -s@psappsrv.lst -- -D TESTSERV -S PSAPPSRV :

process id=13895 ... Started.

exec PSAPPSRV -o ./LOGS/stdout -e ./LOGS/stderr -s@psappsrv.lst -- -D TESTSERV -S PSAPPSRV :

process id=13957 ... Started.

exec PSAPPSRV -o ./LOGS/stdout -e ./LOGS/stderr -s@psappsrv.lst -- -D TESTSERV -S PSAPPSRV :

CMDTUX_CAT:1863: INFO: Process ID=14010 Assume failed (timeout).

tmboot: CMDTUX_CAT:827: ERROR: Fatal error encountered; initiating user error handler 

 

Replication Steps

----------------------

1. Navigate through command line to “$PS_HOME/Appserv” directory

2. Invoke “psadmin.exe”

3. Choose option 1 for appserver

4. Choose option 1 to boot a domain
