Symptoms

Getting optimistic lock error below, occurs intermittently when using Forms that use AWE approvals.

 

Sample Environment
---------------
PeopleTools: 8.59.09
CS 9.2 PUM Image 26
Production/Non-Prod environments

Sample Replication:

1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Forms > Design Form Wizard
2. Build or create a new Form for any delivered transaction.
3. Submit the newly created Form for approval.
4. When the said Form is accessed by the user, the error occurs.



Changes

Issue started to occur after PUM 26 upgrade.
