HR Notepad Not Changing Along With Job Data When EFFSEQ Is Changed In Job Data Page (Doc ID 2905979.1)

Symptoms

HR Notepad is not changing with JOB data when the JOB key Effective Sequence is changed.
 Pre-requisite Configuration
• Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad
• Select Configure link on Owner ID = Human Resources and Sub-ID = JOB
• Update the configuration, see screen below
• Save
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Job Data page – Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
2. In Correction mode, enter the Empl ID field, or any Empl ID. The current job record should have effective date 2017/04/01 effective sequence 0.
3. Click on Notepad icon
4. Select Add a New Note and enter comments in Subject and Note Text fields
5. Select Save and then Job Data Page link
6. Update field Effective Sequence to ‘1’ on Job Data page
7. Select Save and then Return to Search
8. Retrieve/Search the same Empl ID on the search page and get into the Job Data page again
9. Navigate to same Effective date 2017/04/01
10. Click on the Notepad icon
11. The Notepad that was entered in Step 4 is not appearing - Issue
12. Select Job Data Page link
13. Update field Effective Sequence back to ‘0’ on Job Data page
14. Click Save and then Return to Search 15. Retrieve/Search the same Empl ID on the search page and get into the Job Data page again
16. Navigate to same Effective date 2017/04/01
17. Click on the Notepad icon, the note is now appearing
