Symptoms
The following prompt fields in update contract page have alignment issues.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Contract Administration > Update Contracts
2. Search for an existing existing employee or Add a new value
3. Contract type field is not aligned with contract type description in contract Type/Clauses Page
4. Contract Clause field is not aligned with Contract Clause description in contract Type/Clauses Page
5. All Prompt fields in contract Type/Clauses Page (BEL,FRA,ITA) does not align with prompt field descriptions
6. Responsible ID field is not aligned with Responsible ID description in Signature Date/Probation Info Page
