Symptoms
On Manager Self Service > My Team tile, Job and Personal Information not available under Related Actions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager
2. Click on My Team Tile
3. Click on dropdown next to an employees name then note that Job and Personal Information is not available
