Beneficiaries for Plan Type 2x Appear Twice in Benefits Summary for Multiple Jobs Employees (Doc ID 2906442.1)

Symptoms

Beneficiaries for Plan Types 2x appear twice in the Beneficiary Designation section of the Benefits Summary for employees with more than one job.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add Additional Job (Job #2) for Employee with a new Benefit Record Number. Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information.
  2. Terminate Benefits for Job #1 for Supplemental Life Plan. Navigation: Benefits > Enroll In Benefits > Life and AD/D Benefits.
  3. Enroll Job #2 in the same Benefit Plan with the same Beneficiaries.
  4. Go to Benefits Summary. Navigation: Fluid Home> Workforce Administrator > Benefits Administrator> Review Employee Benefits >Benefits Summary.
  5. Select Job#2 from the prompt.
  6. Select Supplemental Life tile.
