HCM: From ESS Fluid, when Opened for the First Time, the Mailing Address Subpage Does Not Display Field Address Type (Doc ID 2906951.1)

From the Employee Self Service (ESS) Fluid, Personal Details, Addresses Tile, the Mailing Address Subpage when opened for the first time does not display the field Address Type.


Steps to Reproduce Issue: 

1. Log in as an employee.
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service Tile
3. 'click' Personal Details Tile, then click Addresses Tile.
4. 'click' the Add Mailing Address button, notice on the Mailing Address Subpage, the Address Type is not displayed.
