ELA: Chartfields Are Missing For Payable Exempt Lease When Accounting Distribution Is Clicked From Renewal Payments Option.

Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Add an Exempt Payables Lease. ( Lease Administration > Payables Lease > Create New Payables Lease > Click the checkbox for "Exempt For Recognition" and a new lease)
2) Create an advance base rent. ( Lease Administration > Manage Payables Lease > Financial Terms > Add Base Rent)
3) Provide the accounting distribution with few chartfields like Fund, Department etc. ( Lease Administration > Manage Payables Lease > Go to Asset Grid > Go to cost tab> Click Cost distribution)
4) Add a Renewal Payment option to this Lease. (Lease Administration > Manage Payables Lease > Financial Terms > Add Renewal Payment from the drop down)
5) Activate the Lease.
Result: When viewing the accounting distribution for the renewal payments, the chartfields are missing.
