This behavior was observed when navigating the following path: Maintain Source Tax Data CHE page> Tax Data tab> Mutation Data Section>  EMA - Events, that cause a tariff change E = Start, M = Change, A = End.

Steps to replicate the issue :

1. Navigate to Main Menu> Workforce Administration> Job Information> Job data and hire an employee.

2. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt> Payee Data> Taxes> Maintain Source Tax Data CHE and add the following information:

Add source tax data as of 1st of the month and Save

Tariff A0Y

Denomination

Calc Method = Monthly (ZH)

OK to confirm

Save the data (click on save button)

Notice that the EMA line is added but leaves a blank line behind

3. Open the Maintain Source Tax Data CHE page again (Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt> Payee Data> Taxes> Maintain Source Tax Data CHE) and perform the following actions:

Delete source tax data row

Confirm Delete (click OK)

Tariff is reset to A0N, Denomination is blank, EMA line is deleted

Save the changes (click on save button)

4. Notice that the EMA line is added again and the data is saved instead of being deleted.
