Wrong Company is Mapping in I9 Form for Rehire Employees. (Doc ID 2907387.1)

Symptoms

Wrong Company is mapping for I9 Form record (HR_I9_PERSON) for rehire Employees.

If rehire an Employee with new Company (different form old Company before rehire data) and rehired Employee submitted the I9 Form from Employee Self Service then Employee's old Company is updated in I9 Form record and due to that if Admin print the I9 Form from Workforce Administration navigation with new Company details in run control page, then blank report is generated and if print with old Company details in run control page, then report is generated for rehire Employee.

Issue with the view (PS_PRIMARY_JOB_VW) which is used to fetch the Company based on EmplId and assign to HR_I9_PERSON record, this view is fetching  old Company.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data search for terminated Employee
2. Rehire the terminated Employee and assign different Company (XXX)
    Queried the I9 record and there is no data
3. Log in as Employee and submit the I9 Form from Employee Self Service > Personal Details navigation EmplId (EEEE) and OprId (EEEE_EEEE)
    Queried the I9 record and there is data but the Company is the old one
4. Submit the I9 Form of the above by logging with Admin and providing the required fields
    Navigate to Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Form I-9 > Complete/Reverify EE Form I-9
5. Log in as Admin and print the I9 Form for above Employee with rehired Company (XXX) and blank report is generated
    Navigate to Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Form I-9 > Print Form I-9
6. Log in as Admin and print the I9 Form for above Employee with previous Company (YYY) and report is generated with Employee details
    Navigate to Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Form I-9 > Print Form I-9
