E-ES: / E-AP: When Attempting To Run the Financial Sanctions Validation Process, the Process Abends and the Following Is Observed in the errorLog.html File, in the JSON Response: "Failed to parse query [ATTN:]" (Doc ID 2907444.1)

When attempting to run the Financial Sanctions Validation process. The process abends and the following is observed in the errorLog.html file (PS_CFG_CONFIG/webserv/<domain>/applications/peoplesoft/PSIGW.war/WEB-INF), in the JSON Response:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the SDN.xml fie from the IRS website -;
2. Upload the SDN file from step 1 --- Banking - Financial Sanctions - Import Financial Sanction List by having the layout as OFAC;
3. Make sure the search instance is active --- PeopleTools - Search Framework - Administration - ping the search instance;
4. Un-deploy the SDN name (AP_SDN_ADDRESS) and address (AP_SDN_ADDRESS) search indexes --- PeopleTools - Search Framework - Administration - Deploy / Delete Object;
5. Deploy the indexes from step 4 --- PeopleTools - Search Framework - Administration - Deploy / Delete Object;
6. Build the indexes form 4 --- PeopleTools - Search Framework - Administration - Schedule Search Index (run full index);
7. Delete the data from the vendor ofac review table PS_VEND_OFAC_REVW;
8. Enable the address and name stoplists by selecting the check boxes stoplists under installation options --- SetUp Financials / Supply Chain - Install - Installation Options - Overall - Click Financial Sanctions Options;
9. Run the financial sanctions process --- Suppliers - Supplier Information - Maintain - Financial Sanctions Validation;
10. Check the output files (.trc and .log files) that are generated from the process, in Process Monitor;
      The process abends at Step AP_SDN_VAL.MAIN.Step04 (PeopleCode) while trying to process Supplier with one of the addresses containing the string "ATTN:". Note the colon (":") in the string.
