Symptoms

In Open Enrollment, the Waive Option for Life Plan Types are displaying an After Tax and Pay Period Cost when there should be none.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile > Benefits Enrollment step.
     2. Employee select Supplemental Life, Supplemental Child Life, or Supplemental AD&D tile(s).
     3. After Tax Cost and Pay Period Cost: are displayed on the Waive Option
