Message "Ship to field is blank (18058,8951)" When Posting An Award (Doc ID 2907726.1)

Symptoms

Getting a message when posting an award that ship to location is blank however it is defined on the user preferences

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Sourcing >Create Events > Create Event Details and create a new event and post it.
  2. Sign in as bidder and navigate to : Homepage > Bidding opportunity and bid on the event.
  3. Now navigate to Sourcing > Maintain Events > Analyze events and award the event to a bidder.
  4. Navigate to Sourcing > Maintain Events > Award Events and try to award the event to a PO.
  5. Getting the message.
