Enrollment Action Behavior After Image 26

Symptoms
On Campus Solutions 9.2 after applying CS 9.2 Update Image 26 the ENRL_ACTION_DT on the ENRL_REQ_DETAIL Record is not updated after running an Enrollment Request. Prior to Image 26 the ENRL_ACTION_DT matched the date portion of the DTTM_STAMP_SEC column.
It is expected the ENRL_ACTION_DT on the ENRL_REQ_DETAIL Record will be updated after running an Enrollment Request.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment Request
2. Process an Enrollment Request
3. Query the ENRL_REQ_DETAIL table and review the data.
