Adding Attachment to An Approved Journal Not Changing Approval Status to Terminated (Doc ID 2907850.1)

Goal

Adding an attachment to a fully or partially approved journal is no longer updating the approval status to Terminated as first done in 9.2 PUM Image 34.

In prior PUM Image 34 if journal partially approved then updated (e.g. with attachment), approval status goes to Terminated.

Steps:
1.Installation Options, General Ledger –
--set Journal Approval Method = Approval Framework
--set Journal Delete to Physical Delete
2.General Ledger Definition -
--turn on AWE Journal Approval
3.Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals
--only 1 process id GLJournalApproval, definition id GLActualDemo, is active
4.Logon as submitter GLA2, enter then edit journal, then submit for approval
--journal is Pending Approval to multiple different approvers with Role ‘SUPERVISOR’
5.Logon as approver GLS2 and approve the above journal
--see that Path 1 Step 1 has been approved, with pending approval for Path 1 Step 2
6.Logon as submitter GLA2, open partially approved journal and add an attachment to the header; click Save
7.Click on Approvals tab

ISSUE: do not see approval status go to Terminated as in prior PUM Image 34
