Symptoms
Scrolling at the bottom of the display of a mobile device does not work when viewing all jobs available in the careers page.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HCM on the small form factor device.
2. Navigate to Careers > View All Jobs.
3. Notice that scrolling through all jobs does not work.
