Offboarding Push Notification Does Not Clear Once Offboarding Is Completed (Doc ID 2909197.1)

Offboarding notification in Actions does not clear once offboarding is completed. User gets an error if they try to click the notification.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Click the notification for an active offboarding activity guide.
  2. Complete all steps as needed for the activity guide.
  3. Go back to the homepage to look at the push notifications.
  4. The link for the newly completed activity guide is still active. Clicking on it will give the error.
