E-CLOUD: Manage Updates Page in Cloud Manager Shows the Message - No Updates Available for Cloud Manager (Doc ID 2909570.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade Cloud Manager (CM) from version 13 to 14, it was noticed that there are no updates available to apply.

Despite having subscriptions active for Interaction Hub (IH) and PeopleTools (PT) channels, the 'Manage Updates' page shows the message 'No Updates Available for Cloud Manager'.

 

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Cloud Manager.
2. Click on the 'Repository' tile and confirm that new patches have been downloaded through the IH and PT channels.
3. Confirm also through SSH connection that the physical files exist in the file system by running the below commands:
    ls -al /cm_psft_dpks/dpk/linux/tools/859
    ls -al /cm_psft_dpks/dpk/linux/IH/14
    ls -al /cm_psft_dpks/prp/generic/IH/14
4. Navigate to Cloud Manager Settings > Manage Updates page.
5. Notice that there are no updates available to apply.
