E-PIA: Tab Order Is Not Working As Configured In Personalize Page (Doc ID 2910035.1)

In CS 9.2 / PT 8.59 after personalizing the Activity Result Roster page to only tab in the Mark column, the expectation is to be able to tab through all students on the roster. However, after tabbing to the 23rd person the tab order moves to the Summary page link and not to the 24th person. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the activity roster (Curriculum Management -> Activity Management-> Activity Roster)
2. Click the icon to go to the result roster page and then personalize that page:
3. Remove *all* tabbing order indications, and only add back the one in the 'Mark' column
4. Move from one student to the next in the grid with a single press of the TAB key each time. During this tabbing the next student line in grid is accessed
Whether we actually enter data into the field (of course that would be the objective) is not relevant. when advancing to next lines
5. After moving to the 23rd student, the 24th doesn't succeed. The focus jumps to the top of the page and it's unclear if one has handled all the students lines in the grid or not.
