E-AD: Grid Download Option "Allow Embedded Excel Functions" is not Getting Set in Application Designer for any Subpage

Symptoms
Grid Download Option "Allow Embedded Excel Functions" is not Getting set in Application Designer for any Subpage
On a subpage, grid property to enable Embedded Excel Functions is not getting set.
Every time it is selected and subpage is saved, the property is getting reset.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In app designer, open subpage CWB_ITEMS_SBP
2. On Label tab, click Properties for Display navigation bar
3. On the Header navigation bar properties page, click Download tab
4. Enable 'Allow Embedded Excel Functions', Save
5. Open the Grid properties again and check the Download tab, the 'Allow Embedded Excel Functions' option is reset
