Symptoms
Generate Journals Request run control Process Frequency radio buttons are not working correctly. It appears that once ‘Once’ has been selected, it cannot be
deselected anymore, resulting to double selections when toggle to the other options. There is no issue when any of the other buttons is selected first.
This issue does not get resolved even if you add a new request. Toggling in the radio button options still replicates the issue, and going back to previous request still has the issue.
The work-around is to re-select the Accounting Definition Name but this is just temporary solution.
Steps to replicate:
1. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals > Generate Jrnl from Subsystem
2. Enter Run Control ID.
3. Select Process Frequency: 'Once', then, select 'Always'. Both Radio buttons are selected.
