Org Chart Export To Visio Doesn't Work Correctly When There Is a Comma in the Job Title (Doc ID 2910597.1)

Symptoms

Fluid Org Chart Export To Visio doesn't work correctly if the Title(Employee Job Code) and Manager Title(Manager Job Code) has a comma in it.
When opening the CSV file in Excel, the word after the comma is moving to the next cell.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login as Manager.
2. Navigate to Fluid Workforce Administration > HR Administration Tile.
3. Job Code 140040 and Job Code 290080 have a comma (,) in Job code title.
4. Click on Export Org Chart.
5. Go to Name and input Manager (KU0065-“Adland Chu”).
6. Click on Export to Visio.
7. Click on Run.
8. Open the CSV file in Notepad and verify that KU0065, KC0052 Title and Manager Title has a comma in it.
9. Open the CSV file in Excel and observe that the word after a comma is moved to the next cell except for the 2nd row.
