Symptoms
From Administer Class Roster page, click Enroll New Learner button, the search results are displayed, also, the following message us "No Search Results Found".
This message should not be displayed when a search return results.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigation: Learning Management Homepage > Manage Rosters/Learner Tasks Tile > Administer Class Rosters
2. Search for a class
3. Click Roster
4. Click Enroll New Learners
5. Search for a learner and click search
6. Learner is found and added but there is a message (in purple below) that learner search returned no results
