Symptoms
In Web Profile History page, it shows Localhost instead of the servers DNS name.
The issue can be replicated as follows:
1. Login to PIA.
2. Navigate to: PeopleTools>Web Profile>Web Profile History.
3. Observe Localhost as web server name.
