E-PN: Push Event Window Continues to Show Dismissed Alerts if a User Logs in Using the German Language (Doc ID 2912383.1)

Symptoms

If a PIA user logs in using the German Language, the Push Event window continues to show dismissed Alerts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a German User.
2. Dismiss some Push notifications in the "View All Notifications" Window and selecting "Mark as Dismissed".
3. Click on the Bell icon, and observe that they are still present.
