Receive Error ""Invalid application package:method registered for this action.  App Package:method EOAW_APPROVAL_MM_FL:actionButton:actionControlCommon:submitAction." While Approving the Purchase Order

The issue can be reproduced by:

1. Login as Approver
2. Click Approvals
3. Select Purchase Order
4. Click Approve
Issue : Receive an error
