Symptoms
Two cancel buttons ("X") display in the upper right-hand corner of the Dependent and Beneficiary Information page accessed from a Benefit Enrollment page.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment tile > Benefits Enrollment step > Medical tile.
2. Employee clicks Add/Update Dependent button.
3. Two "x" display in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
