Receive Conversion Data (AMCV2000) errors out when run only with BU criteria for Deletion.

Note that when it's run with Business Unit not populated, process goes to Success.


Error received without trace parameters set :

Steps to replicate:

1.  Navigate to Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Load Interface > Receive Conversion Data.
     Populate Request ID, Process Frequency and Business Unit.
2.  Select the Delete Fin/Phy.
3.  Click on Run and Select the AMCV2000 SQR.  Process goes to Error status.
4.  Checking the Message Log, it shows the error 'SQL Error number ORA-01400:cannot insert NULL occurred. Process request failed.'
