Symptoms
When modifying the references from Create Applicant page and clicking on save the following error occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Recruiting > Create Applicant
2. Provide the Name details
3. Go to References tab and add the reference then click on OK.
4. Save the Applicant.
5. Click on 'Pencil' icon of references and modify the reference then click on OK.
6. Error throwing when 'Save' the applicant.
