Symptoms
Recruiters are able to Route Applicants via the Manage Job Openings page to anyone in the system even if they are terminated and no longer an active employee. On selecting Route Name in the Recipients section, it looks open to all employees in the system.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Recruiting > Search Job Openings, select any Job opening
2. Click on ‘Route To’ icon under Manage Job Openings
3. Click on Name prompt to select payee, Able to select Employee1.
4. Now terminate Employee1 effective 1st May 2022.
5. Though the payee is terminated effective 1st May 2022, can still select Employee1 in the lookup.
