Symptoms

Allocation process, FS_ALLC, abends at at Step FS_CEDT_ECMB.4uAnchCT.uAnchCDT (SQL) -- RC = 8601 (108,524).
SQL error. Stmt #: 1725 Error Position: 0 Return: 8601 - [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The query processor could not start the necessary thread resources for parallel query execution. Reduce load on the server or use the MAXDOP setting to limit parallelism.
