Last updated on APRIL 15, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Payroll for North America - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

PSPPFUND is not creating the PAY_TAX_DIST amounts for CO FML ER

When running the PSPPFUND process, the Colorado FML ER amounts are not being populated in PAY_TAX_DIST.

The new FML for Colorado should be populated for the employer portions in PAY_TAX_DIST.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run PSPPFUND - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Commitment Accounting USA>Distribute Actuals

Changes

PUM Image 43 delivered Program Funding Configuration for new USA States that will be taking up the Paid Family Medical Leave.
 - Each State will be delivered separately, but this provided the infrastructure to run the processes.
The States that already have their PFML in place prior to these changes, for example Washington, will continue to use the original method.
