EPY: Why Does the LST Tax for PA Act 32 Not Appear in Tax010st.sqr but EIT Does Appear?

Symptoms
Run a payroll cycle that includes an employee with PA (Pennsylvania) Act 32 LST tax.
The check calculated EIT for 390601 and LST on O390455C.
On TAX010ST.sqr output the EIT shows, but the LST does not show on the report.
Steps to Reproduce
1. For a Completed USA Payroll for an employee with PA Act 32 LST tax run Payroll Summary
- Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Pay Period Reports > Payroll Summary
2. Review the results
3. LST tax does not appear.
