Symptoms
Classic delegation view HCDL_DLGT_AP_VW is causing performance issues while loading up the Approvals tile.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The system is set to use the Classic Delegations per the settings on page Enterprise Components > Delegation > Installation Settings.
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service fluid homepage > Fluid Approvals tile. Page will time out or take a long time to load.
