EPY: What Do You Do if Values Disappear From PS_DEPT_TBL After Applying a Patch or PUM Image?

After going live with a PUM Image update, a recently added Department ID appeared to be missing from the database and Department Table
Steps Used to Determine that expected data was missing:
1. Attempt to enter time into TL_RPTD_TIME
- Navigation: Self Service > Time Reporting > Report Time > Timesheet > Timesheet
3. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Foundation Tables > Organization > Departments
Or Tree Manager > Tree Manager > select DEPT_SECURITY
4. select Find and enter the missing DEPTID
New Patch/PUM Image applied.
