HCM: Job Postings Not Being Removed from Candidate Gateway Careers Page

Symptoms
After incremental index build of HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING, Job Postings are not being removed based on the Remove Date from the Candidate Gateway Careers page.
Note that if run the full index build for HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING, Job Postings are being removed as expected based on the Remove Date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Administrator and Navigate to .
2. Run the full index for HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING.
3. Log in as Internal Employee,
4. Go to Recruiting > Search Job Openings.
5. Search for a job that has an open posting.
6. Update the job posting(s) to have close date = current date.
7. Run the HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING index in incremental mode.
8. Go to Careers and search for the job opening. It will still be returned by the search.
