Sample environment: PeopleTools 8.58

After implementing OAuth2, when using the Email Samples Page to retrieve an email with an attachment, the page indicates that the retrieval is successful, however, the attachment is not seen on the web server file repository location per the MCF_AttRoot value listed in the node configuration.
