Oregon PFML employee amount is not being included in Paycheck Totals (Taxes) section for Manual Check

When processing a Manual Check for an employee with OR PFML after calculating the check, the Paycheck Totals section of the Review Paycheck summary for Taxes is not including the Oregon PFML employee amount calculated for the check.

The Oregon PFML employee amount should be included in the total taxes on Review Paycheck.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Add a paysheet - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Update Paysheets>By Paysheet
2. Enter the manual check information that includes Oregon PFML employee amount
3. Run payroll calculation - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Calculate Payroll
4. Verify that the amount of Oregon PFML employee amount is in the tax details but it is not in the total tax amount - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Review Paycheck
